Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

All products remain the property of Thexoomo.net until they are fully paid.

Shipping And Handling

All prices are subject to postal charges (see "Shipping and Handling"). Most items are shipped within 1-2 days after receiving your order. All orders will be carefully packaged and legibly addressed. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any package shipped to a customer - this is the responsibility of the Postal Service. We are willing to assist you in the investigation of the loss or damage of your package.

Delivery Schedule

Thexoomo.net will process your order right away (provided it is in stock) for delivery international via the German or Swiss post service.

Standard Estimated Delivery Times

Germany: 1-3 working days from shipping date.
Switzerland: 1-2 working days from shipping date.
Europe: 4-5 working days from shipping date.
Rest of World: 7-12 working days from shipping date.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed to be kept aware of the situation. We make all reasonable endeavors to meet any stated delivery dates, however, any delivery dates given are only estimates and can change for reasons beyond our control.

Tax Charges

For orders made from Germany and other countries 19% VAT is added. For orders made from Switzerland 7.6% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card information is held securely with our third party payment providers iPayment (www.ipayment.de), Paypal (www.paypal.com) or Worldpay (www.worldpay.com).

Complaints

Should you have a complaint about any aspect of dealing with Thexoomo.net, email us at service@thexoomo.net or please call us as soon as possible on +41 (0)61 463 1556 or fax to +41 (0)61 463 1556. We hope that we can deal with your problem in just a few moments on the telephone. If your complaint is more complex and submitted in written form we promise to:
  • acknowledge complaints within 5 working days
  • advise you of how long we feel it will take to resolve the complaint
  • keep you informed throughout the process

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Once an order has been placed, you will have the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment without reason. If you are a customer, you may cancel your orders within 7 days following the receipt of the goods. Under these conditions Thexoomo.net would return your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Depending upon the reason for cancellation, you may have to pay the cost of returning the goods to our store. Should you wish to return goods you must contact us first to obtain a returns authorisation code. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and complete with all booklets etc within 14 days of cancellation date. Unless Thexoomo.net arranges collection, the cost of returning the goods must be met by the purchaser together with any insurance costs. The risk of any returned goods not collected by Thexoomo.net is wholly with the purchaser.

Damaged or Defective Goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for physical defects or damage. If you find any such physical defects or damage, tell us within 7 working days of delivery. This will enable us to make the necessary claim on the relevant Mail insurance. We will then arrange for the safe return to us at no cost to yourself. You will be offered a refund or replacement at your discretion, replacement is subject to availability.
